How are your classes taught?
Our classes are taught online through a private forum. When you sign up for a class in the
store, you will be asked to go to www.digitalscrapbookingclasse.com/forums and register.
Then send your user name to the board administrator. Your user name with then be given
permission to enter the private area of the forum for your class. Students taking the same
class (for example Digiscrap101) will all meet in the same forum regardless of what software
version of the class they purchased.
Once the class starts, you will receive download links for the lessons. The lessons are
pdf files that explain the material step by step in great detail and with a variety of
screenshots so that you can follow along. If you run into any trouble, simply go back to
the class forum and post a question and the teachers will check in throughout the day to
answer questions as quickly as possible.
Each week the lessons will end with an assignment. If you complete all the assignments there
is usually a prize for you at the end of the class. Our classes are 4 weeks long, but the
forum will remain open for a couple of weeks after the class ends to let you catch up if you
need to or post any extra questions.
At times, there may be some lessons for sale in the store that are not classes. These lessons
will be available for download at the time of purchase and you simply work through them on
your own. There is a section of the forums that will be dedicated to these lessons should
you have any questions or encounter any problems.
How do I get the lessons?
Download links for the lessons or kits for the classes will be provided to you through the
private class forum or through private message in the forums. That means that you must
register in the forums: www.digitalscrapbookingclasses.com/forums to be a part of a class.
Who are the teachers?
Christy Haig teaches the PSE and PSP classes.
Kristi Wood teaches the ACDSee classes.
Gail Fort teaches the PSCS classes.
What do I do if I need help?
If you are taking a class and run into problems or have questions on the material,
please go to the class forum and post your questions there. If you need help outside
of the class you purchased you can post in the questions area of the forum or click
on the “contact us” link above in the site header and e-mail in a question.
