Because digital scrapbooking involves a computer it lends itself well to online communities.  There are many places online where fellow digital scrapbookers will "get together" to share layouts, ask technique questions, look for supplies they need, and just chat about life.

Many digital scrapbooking stores also have communities for their shoppers to hang around in to chat and share.

At these places you will usually find a forum where people post and reply to each other.  Many of these communities also have galleries where you can upload your layouts for others to see and comment on.  And some also have blogs or chat rooms for more interaction.
